Please note that production for all items typically takes up to 4-8 weeks, unless stated otherwise. Production begins after the store closes. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is dispatched. Expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days after it has been shipped.
International Orders
Customers placing international orders may need to pay duties and taxes, which are their responsibility and beyond our control. Please allow 10-15 days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.
Refund/Return Policy
We do not accept returns, size changes (once the order is shipped or the pre-order window closes), or issue refunds under any circumstances except for: defective product, which must be presented to our support team within 14 days of arrival.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer assumes full responsibility when making a purchase. If your package is lost, please contact USPS or your local carrier to locate your package or file a lost package report.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not been shipped yet. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the buyer must pay for reshipping.
